Meet Nathi Zazini – our leading Pepper Spray Salesperson. Nathi was born in the Eastern Cape and came to George after completing his Matric.
Work experience in various jobs helped him identify his strengths and weaknesses, and one thing is for sure – he is not afraid of taking a risk or facing a challenge head-on. It was by luck that he applied for a job at DataDot South Africa and then found himself doing course in Prioritising Time and Work for Self and Team at the Innovative Training Hub.
The Innovative Training Hub is an accredited training provider and is an initiative of Ishishini Lethu – an enterprise development company specializing in the development of new enterprises and human capital. Their aim is to equip young people with skills needed in the job market.
The Prioritise Time and Work for Self and Team course enables learners to manage time and prioritise tasks in a work environment. It is intended for junior managers of organisations and the qualifying learner is then capable of:
- Creating, implementing and maintaining a personal and team task list.
- Using and maintaining a diary.
- Prioritising personal and team tasks.
- Implementing and maintaining a task list.
