DuPont 2010/2011 Australia and New Zealand Innovation Awards winners announced

DuPont Australia New Zealand Managing Director, Graeme Longe, announced the winners of the 2010/2011 DuPont Australia and New Zealand Innovation Awards held in Melbourne on Friday 13 May 2011.

"It is a pleasure for DuPont (Australia) Ltd to once again recognise the homegrown innovation that is helping to provide solutions to some of the big challenges facing our growing population" said DuPont Australia and New Zealand Managing Director, Graeme Longe.

Judged across seven categories the awards recognise the commercialisation of outstanding science and technology solutions. The Agriculture and Food Production category looked for "Innovation in the development and implementation of sustainable agricultural production techniques and practices in Australia and/or New Zealand OR innovation in the development of products or markets for Australia and/or New Zealand production between 1 January 2008 and 31 March 2010."
