    Caroline Koll wins 1st place at Le Mans International Triathlon

    Professional triathlete, Caroline Koll,from Benoni, South Africa won 1st place at Le Mans International Triathlon yesterday. Her time was 2 hours 18 minutes and 29 seconds.

    Caroline has raced at the highest level for more than a decade. She is the current 2010 South African Elite champion (Long Course) a title she also won in 2002, and was also South African Elite Champion over the Olympic distance in 2003. For the past five years, the focus has turned towards the Ironman distance, where she has achieved podium positions (3rd Ironman Korea 2006, 3rd Ostseeman Germany 2009). At Ironman South Africa, she has regularly been the top palced South African, including a 5th place overall at the 2009 edition.
